Phase ONE: Building the Habit
In phase one, you will receive quick 10 minute daily workouts to help you start building a habit right away! Utilize the videos and PDFs for your convenience. You will not move onto the next phase until you are confident you can do so! This program is on YOUR TIMELINE.

Phase TWO: Finding the time
When you are ready for phase two, you will begin building onto your exercise habit by slowly adding in longer-yet doable workouts. By the end of phase two you should start to feel a noticeable difference in how you feel!

Phase THREE: Overcoming Obstacles
In phase three, the workouts will, once again, get a little longer and almost reach the end goal. This week will be a challenge. Each exercise has a beginner level up to advanced level. It doesn't matter if you haven't exercised in years or if it's only been a few months.

Low impact cardio routines
